 At Wespac we have a companywide strategic goal to be the general contractor of choice within the subcontractor community. We understand that our long-term success is a direct result of subcontractor/vendor efforts and collaboration.
To support this strategic goal, Wespac implemented a new, online evaluation system that helps facilitate feedback regarding: our project teams, systems, attitude and communication. The evaluation is job-specific and will help gain immediate insight to operational and performance-related issues. Feedback, both positive and negative, is encouraged by all of our subcontractors in order to successfully improve our operations and overall performance.
Near the completion of each project all subcontractors will receive a letter with a password and directions on how to fill out the online survey. The new evaluation system is extremely user-friendly.
